Deck Guru worked with me to construct a new Trex deck for my townhouse. Deck Guru and I provided several revisions to the proposal which had to be submitted and approved by the Homeowner Association. Finally, our proposal was approved and the new deck was completed. It was worth waiting for! The crew worked all day to remove the old deck and construct the new one. It is beautiful, and I am looking forward to using it.

I called Deck Guru for restoration of my existing deck. They produced a comprehensive proposal of all the things I could do to repair and improve it. Had my wood deck replaced with composite materials. There were a couple of issues I didn’t have a clear understanding of. The team worked with me in resolving the issues fairly and to my satisfaction. Carlos and his team did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with the final outcome of my project. If not for weather delays, the project would have been completed within five days (demolition of the old deck to completion of the new deck). I give Deck Gurgu a firm thumbs up.

DeckGuru is not only extremely trustworthy, they are competent, flexible and diligent. We are selling our home and as part of the inspection, we had to fix floor boards that were popping up. We met with Amy, their production manager and she thoroughly inspected the deck and put forward a honest proposal. During the project, it was discovered that the original installers had put brackets under the dry below and that the project was more complicated. No problem. The team pivoted, figured out a solution and the buyer of our home now has a safe and beautiful deck that will last them for years. I wouldn't choose anyone else, their team is a cut above the rest.

This was my first project with Deck Guru and it won't be my last.I had a small project to have a deck landing replaced due to wood rot from the original install (by another company 14 years ago) and to also replace the steps and hand rails. Ami came and provided a detailed and very helpful estimate with which I agreed to move forward. Between Ami and Hope (the customer service rep) the scheduling process was fast, easy, and they kept me updated. Once the project date came, the crew supervisor (Jimmy) stopped by to let me know who was coming and how things would proceed. The work supervisor was Carlos and he, along with his crew did a fantastic job demoing the existing landing and installing the new one. The whole time they checked with me to ensure I was happy as they proceeded along. Once they were done, they did a very good clean up (important to me) made sure I was satisfied with the final project. The entire crew was polite, helpful, informative and most of all hard working. if you need deck work done call Deck Guru...you won't regret it!
