DeckGuru is not only extremely trustworthy, they are competent, flexible and diligent. We are selling our home and as part of the inspection, we had to fix floor boards that were popping up. We met with Amy, their production manager and she thoroughly inspected the deck and put forward a honest proposal. During the project, it was discovered that the original installers had put brackets under the dry below and that the project was more complicated. No problem. The team pivoted, figured out a solution and the buyer of our home now has a safe and beautiful deck that will last them for years. I wouldn't choose anyone else, their team is a cut above the rest.

This was my first project with Deck Guru and it won't be my last.I had a small project to have a deck landing replaced due to wood rot from the original install (by another company 14 years ago) and to also replace the steps and hand rails. Ami came and provided a detailed and very helpful estimate with which I agreed to move forward. Between Ami and Hope (the customer service rep) the scheduling process was fast, easy, and they kept me updated. Once the project date came, the crew supervisor (Jimmy) stopped by to let me know who was coming and how things would proceed. The work supervisor was Carlos and he, along with his crew did a fantastic job demoing the existing landing and installing the new one. The whole time they checked with me to ensure I was happy as they proceeded along. Once they were done, they did a very good clean up (important to me) made sure I was satisfied with the final project. The entire crew was polite, helpful, informative and most of all hard working. if you need deck work done call Deck Guru...you won't regret it!

Hired Deck Guru to demo my entire deck which was pretty huge almost around 640 sq. ft. Ryan did a very good job in giving me a fair estimate and he was always very prompt in replying all of my questions. Amy the project manager was also very reliable. She completed the job in time just the way she promised. She monitored the whole work on daily basis. Carlos the crew person was very respectful in all his communication. So yes I had a very pleasant experience working with Deck Guru and would hire them again to build a new deck once I have some money 🙂

Our deck needed major structural repairs and sprucing up. We did some research and chose Deck Guru because of the positive reviews. Dealing with this company’s team was a very pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Bunmi, met with us twice to design the deck, review material and sent us a very competitive proposal. Bunmi was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Deck Guru far exceeded our expectations! We are now the proud owners of a lovely, maintenance-free, Trex deck that’s a joy to behold and use. Amy, the project manager, is a consummate professional who designed the makeover of our old, weathered, rotting wood deck. She was totally responsive to all issues which arose. Carlos and his installation team are talented, efficient, incredibly hard working and completed all work in a little over a week. Eric, the mason, laid out a new, beautiful cobblestone walkway and patio to complement the new deck.
