Are you shopping for deck restoration, deck resurfacing, or deck replacement? In this article, we’ll demonstrate why Deck Guru is the reliability leader in decking by showing you our process, our beliefs, and what to expect when you let Deck Guru restore your deck to its natural beauty.
Introduction
“Thanks for calling Deck Guru. How can we help you?”
The decision to call us will be one of the most natural decisions you’ll make for your deck and your peace of mind. In our initial introduction, we’ll ask you to share your project needs, goals, and concerns with us. We aren’t the perfect fit for every project, so the first thing we want to do is to make sure that we can help! Additionally, it’s important that we clearly understand the scope of your project, your goals, and your availability, so we know what to expect and come fully prepared for our personal visit.
During our visit, one of our experts will meet with you and conduct a complete deck inspection. Our goal is to provide our best advice and let you know exactly what’s happening and how we can help restore your deck.
Typically, we’re able to schedule an inspection within a week. Then, we’ll send you a reminder two days before our visit with extra information on who you’ll be meeting with. If you have any questions along the way, our customer care team is ready to help.
At Deck Guru, every deck is a unique project with unique challenges and goals. During our personal visit, one of our deck experts will perform an overall assessment of your deck, review your project goals, and offer a clear solution in regards to your goals and budget.
The Build
Deck restoration requires two key components: expert restorers (i.e. the builders, crafters, and design experts that have the knowledge and technical skills to restore any deck) and high-quality materials including boards, railings, stains, etc.
Deck Guru only uses trustworthy, industry-leading products with long-lasting warranties. We are proud to be Trex Pro-Platinum Certified for both composite decking and railing systems. For superior-quality exterior stains, we’ve partnered with Sherwin Williams and Superdeck. If you’re looking for a beautiful wood deck, the lumber we use is high-quality, tight-grain with fewer knots than what’s available at the typical big-box home center. The bottom line is that build your deck with the products and materials that we use on our own decks.
It’s pretty simple: You can’t go wrong using great quality products. We’ve partnered with trusted brands like Trex and Superdeck, and we only use premium lumber to ensure the best results. You’re investing in your home, and we’re confident our team will provide a beautiful deck for years to come!
